The members of Green Ethics Consulting have many years of experience in the management and implementation of European projects and providing comprehensive consulting services. We specialize in the research, writing, management, implementation and planning of European Programmes, such as LIFE, Horizon 2020, Interreg, AMIF, EuropeAid, Erasmus+, Creative Europe, Black Sea cross Border Cooperation, South East Europe, European Regional Development Fund, European Social Fund, etc.

We provide planning, writing, and evaluation of proposals for National and European projects for their possible inclusion in the appropriate European funding Programme, with particular emphasis on the quality of the proposal and the social and economic benefit it will bring to the participants and the wider beneficiaries. We undertake the design and production of the studies that must accompany the proposal and application for each European programme. The process includes the initial and subsequent development of research ideas, the exploration, documentation and formulation of research content and clarification of objectives, the time planning of research activities for the successful implementation of the project. We build networks and collaborative relationships with various bodies inside and outside Europe to create consortia and corporate groups necessary for submitting project proposals. We provide full management of the communication needs of current and future projects co-financed by the European Union, as well as the necessary negotiations and contractualizations. We provide full management of project implementation from start to finish. This includes the writing and preparation of reports, monitoring deadlines, ensuring excellent writing quality in the English language, and the overall presentation and representation of the project and each partner separately, following the guidelines of European Programmes. We provide also continuous guidance on the future needs of partners to find optimal solutions for participation in European projects.
